Welcome To Tangential Space

You might be asking yourself how you got here, sometimes we wonder the same thing. For us, often it seems that the tangent takes over, and when it takes over what else is there to do but run with it? We at Tangential Space are trying to make a space for us to run with these tangents.

When you are watch a movie and you see a character you recognize from a TV show, your mind starts you off on a tangent about that show’s premise. Suddenly, you realize you have been following this train of thought for the last ten minutes and haven’t even been paying attention to the movie. Or maybe you are watching a Sci-Fi show that features a futuristic food dispenser and all you can think about is the mechanics of how that could actually work. These are the type of tangents you have to follow, your mind won’t let go of them. Like Alice staring down the rabbit hole, sometimes it’s best to just jump in and follow it.

This space is going to be constantly evolving. We will talk about and explore a variety of topics such as; movies, TV shows, pop culture, technology, games, music, and anything else that we find interesting. To start you can expect random posts here on our site. Anything from a deep dive into why Legos are the best toys, to a review of the latest Marvel movie. We will share other things we find on the internet that we think everyone should see. We will have a newsletter (signup here) that will go out regularly and a podcast(subscribe here on iTunes, Overcast, and Google) that will tackle a new subject with each episode.
